Why am I Always Tired?

Fatigue is one of the most common health complaints, yet it is also one of the most complex. Everyone feels tired occasionally, especially after inadequate sleep, physical exertion, emotional stress, or illness. The concern begins when tiredness becomes persistent, disproportionate to activity, or does not improve with adequate rest.

Why Am I Tired Even When I Sleep?

Have you ever wondered, “Why am I tired even when I sleep?” You may be getting seven, eight, or even nine hours of sleep and still wake up feeling as though you have not rested at all.
